Recuerda, yo tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda estar en paz y feliz aqu\u00ed. \ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bailando<\/strong> \ud83d\udc83 : \u00a1S\u00ed, escuchaste bien! En casa, pon algo de m\u00fasica que te guste y baila un poco. \u00a1Divi\u00e9rtete y mu\u00e9vete, es la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta para nosotros!  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aer\u00f3bic acu\u00e1tico<\/strong> \ud83c\udf0a : Si te gusta meterte en el agua, prueba a hacer aer\u00f3bic acu\u00e1tico. El agua te relaja y facilita la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicio. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabajar junto a ti tambi\u00e9n me hace feliz.
