Une excellente fa\u00e7on d\u2019obtenir de la vitamine D\u00a0! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83c\udfb6 M\u00e9lodies Harmoniques :<\/strong> Vous pouvez me donner un mini concert \u00e0 la maison avec votre musique l\u00e9g\u00e8re et relaxante pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Comme mes oreilles sont plus sensibles, je re\u00e7ois ces m\u00e9lodies clairement. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Flexibilit\u00e9 et humeur :<\/strong> Avec le Pilates ou le yoga pr\u00e9natal, vous pouvez \u00e0 la fois maintenir votre souplesse et rester de bonne humeur.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udca7 Amusez-vous dans l\u2019eau :<\/strong> la natation est l\u2019un des meilleurs moyens de d\u00e9tendre votre corps pendant ces semaines. La l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 apport\u00e9e par l\u2019eau revitalise le corps et l\u2019\u00e2me. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udcd8 Informez-vous :<\/strong> Cette semaine, il pourrait \u00eatre judicieux de commencer des cours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019accouchement. Cela vous aidera \u00e0 traverser le processus d\u2019accouchement de mani\u00e8re plus confortable et consciente. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udeab Attention !<\/strong>  Il faut faire attention car votre centre de gravit\u00e9 commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer. \u00c9vitez les mouvements brusques, surtout lorsque vous marchez \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur ou que vous travaillez \u00e0 la maison. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maman, nous grandissons et nous d\u00e9veloppons avec toi.
