We’re now in Week 15, and big changes are happening inside! My bones are getting stronger, and my tiny ears are taking shape. I can already tell that you’re feeling more energetic and light, which makes me so happy! Let’s make sure you continue to feel comfortable and active this week with some gentle movement and relaxation.

🚶‍♀️ A Sunny Morning Walk

Take a short walk in the morning sunlight to boost your energy and soak up some vitamin D. Fresh air will do wonders for both of us!

🎵 Musical Harmony

You might enjoy a prenatal music class! Music is soothing for both of us and can help us connect even more.

🧘‍♀️ Deep Breathing & Relaxation

Gentle yoga movements and meditation will help calm your mind and regulate your breathing. Deep, slow breaths bring oxygen to me and peace to you.

🌊 Feeling Free in Water

If the weather allows, swimming can be a wonderful way to reduce pressure on your body while also strengthening your muscles. Water makes you feel light and relaxed!

🚫 A Gentle Reminder!

To avoid swelling in your feet and legs, try not to stay in one position too long. If you feel tired, rest with your feet elevated for better circulation.

Mommy, growing with you is the most amazing experience! Every step you take for your health and well-being helps me grow stronger and healthier too.
