Turn on some light, soothing music and move freely at home. Dancing isn’t just fun—it helps stretch your body and uplift your spirit! And guess what? I love feeling you sway to the beat! 🎶

Try gentle pilates or tai chi—these controlled, flowing movements will help improve balance and strengthen your muscles while keeping you relaxed.

🌊 Embracing Water’s Lightness

If you still enjoy swimming, keep going! The buoyancy of water will make you feel weightless, relieving any joint pressure and helping you stay active without strain.
