My ears are getting sharper, so you can play soft, relaxing music at home. Sing along, and I’ll be here, listening and loving every note!

🧘‍♀️ Flexibility & Mood Boost

Prenatal pilates or yoga will keep you flexible and balanced while also lifting your mood. Let’s breathe and stretch together!

💧 Fun in the Water

Swimming is one of the best ways to relieve tension and refresh your body. The weightlessness of the water makes it soothing for both of us!

📘 Learning Together

Now might be a great time to start a childbirth class. Learning about labor, relaxation techniques, and postpartum care will help you feel more confident and prepared.
