Take a peaceful walk in the park or forest. The fresh air is great for you, and guess what? I can hear nature’s sounds too! Let’s enjoy them together.

Put on some gentle, relaxing tunes and move gracefully. Music helps you relax, and I love hearing it too! Maybe I’ll even wiggle to the beat.

Prenatal yoga is perfect right now! Stretching, deep breathing, and meditation will help ease any tension while keeping your body strong and flexible.

💧 Water Workouts

Water makes everything lighter, so swimming or gentle water aerobics could be a refreshing way to stay active without straining your body.
