Hello My Beautiful Mommy!

We’ve made it to Week 18! 🎉 My tiny fingerprints are forming, and maybe, just maybe, you’re starting to feel my movements! Isn’t that amazing? Our bond is getting stronger every day. 💕 Let’s keep the energy flowing this week with some movement!

🌾 Embrace Nature

If the weather is nice, spend some time outdoors. A gentle walk in the park or a forest stroll will refresh your body and mind. Let’s soak in all that fresh air together!

🧘‍♀️ Meditation for Inner Peace

A few minutes of morning or evening meditation can help you feel grounded and connected to me. Your calmness brings me peace too!

🕺 Light Dancing

Put on some gentle music and sway to the rhythm! 💃 I’d love to feel you move, and maybe I’ll even wiggle along with you! 🎶

💪 Strength Training

If you’ve been lifting light weights, check with your doctor to see if you can continue. Strength exercises can help you feel strong and prepared—just don’t overdo it!

📘 Learning Time

This week, why not explore prenatal yoga or tai chi? You can join an online class or read about gentle movements that will support your changing body.

Your uterus is expanding, so some movements might feel uncomfortable. If anything feels off, stop immediately and rest in a comfortable position.
