I’m now the size of a melon, and we’re gathering all our energy for the big moment! Let’s prepare together with some helpful tips for this week:

🙆‍♀️ Stretching for Comfort

Take time to stretch your shoulders, arms, and back to release tension. This will help increase your flexibility and make movement easier during labor.

🚶‍♀️ Gentle Movement

Keep up with your daily walks! Even short, slow-paced walks can boost your energy and help with circulation.

🏞️ Meditation in Nature

Take a deep breath and relax in nature. Meditating outdoors will calm both of us and fill your body with fresh oxygen.

🛁 Warm Foot Soak

To reduce swelling in your feet, try soaking them in warm salted water. It will also help relax tired muscles and bring a sense of relief.

🎵 Songs & Stories

Let’s keep bonding through your voice! Sing to me, tell me stories, and let me get used to the comforting sound of you.

  • When lifting anything, use your legs instead of your back to avoid strain.
  • Be mindful of sudden movements—take it slow and steady.
